Hi - we are moving a small network of around 30 Macs from ASIP 6.2 to 10.3 server
As a support person on the project I'm looking for some resources that explain the migration in terms that someone with general mac, but not server specific knowledge can understand.
Any recommendations appreciated.

The best advice I can give you for such a small network is do not think of it as a migration but as a clean install of a new server.
If you are going to use mail correct DNS is essential
Do not overcomplicate by using services you do not need and plan in advance, ie users and group stratergies.
Read as much before hand and apple discussion boards are very handy
If all else fails you can always email me as I have now setup over 20 X servers all running happy (fingers crossed).
