Hello, all. Newbie, here.

I bought several refurbished XServes from Small Dog (god, I love those guys, Dual1Gig XServes for $1800...). Some of the empty drive modules were usable sleds, just with the drives removed. I bought several $500 modules from Apple, but don't think I should go to that expense when I already have several empty sleds. I had tossed a spare 120 Gig into one of the sleds, plugged it in, but the XServe didn't seem to recognize it. Any simple guides or series of steps published anywhere's out there? I have searched for a couple hours, including this site, but I'm striking out.
